Standard Returns & Refunds Policy:

Throughout our history of producing and supplying premium quality chilli condiments, we’ve never had a single bottle returned. However, if in the unlikely situation you are unhappy with your purchase we do accept returns up to 14 days from purchase or delivery date with a valid receipt. All we ask is that products must be undamaged, unopened, and returned in a sellable condition.

 

If this is the case, a full refund will be transferred back to your debit card, PayPal or cash depending on the purchase method. Returns can also be exchanged for a replacement product of equal value or a credit note of equal value to be used against a future purchase. Opened, used or damaged products (including the removal of the product’s tamper seal) will not be accepted. Please note shipping costs are non refundable.
