Hello thank you for the reply, I have had time to try the three sauces I purchased , I am incredibly impressed by the freshness and the flavour of the ingredients.. They do not have that overbearing preservative vinegar taste that a lot of manufacturers put in their Chili sauce which is overpowering. I like the way the tomatoes are mostly chopped small rather than pureed. The sauces reminds me of home made salsa with fresh natural ingredients which is a good thing and very original unlike many other brands of mass produced sauce.
