Hi, My name is Liam. I created Spice Island Chilli back in 2015. I love food, wine and music.
Some fun facts: I've kissed the blarney stone, driven to Dubrovnik and back, been in a film with Russell Crowe and Hugh Jackman and visited the original world trade towers in New York. I live in Southsea, Portsmouth and yes, I have eaten a Carolina Reaper. Don't do it!
This was me back in 2017/18 at a local market/festival in Castle Road, here in Portsmouth. In fact, Castle Road is where it all started.
